Throughout the year, at the Alberta school, the students were involved in what was referred to as the “Headmaster’s Run”. Begun while Peter Jackson was the headmaster, this tradition continued through several other headmasters. It was set up originally as a way to train for the snowshoe season and the canoe program. But as time went by the run was just part of the weekly routine of the school.
